About the Job
What you'll be doing as an Ad Operations Campaign Manager:
- Programmatically trade/buy inventory in a real time bidding environment.
- Analyze campaign pacing and performance daily and make effective optimizations to exceed the client's goals/KPIs.
- Use data to inform optimization decisions, glean insights and make recommendations that improve campaign performance.
- Optimize across tactics and platforms as needed to exceed campaign goals.
- Strategically utilizes a variety of inventory sources for efficient Supply Path Optimization; PMP, Preferred, PG, etc.
- Leverage First Party and Third Party data to identify the best audience decisions.
- Participate in campaign kickoff meetings with Sales, Account Management, and the client.
- Responsible for managing key performance indicators of CTV/OTT video and Digital advertising campaigns as agreed upon across the team (sales members, clients, Ad Ops Lead, etc.).
- Provide strategic partnership to Account Management, Sales, and the Client throughout the client journey.
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution to video creative, VAST Tag, third party ad server, or any other issues.
- Produce, implement, and troubleshoot tracking tags & pixels when needed.
- Analyze inventory performance and make recommendations on suppliers and pricing.
- Responsible for investigating and solving platform issues.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to Account Management, Sales and Clients.
- Communicate campaign reporting and updates via zoom or in-person meetings with sales and clients weekly or case-by-case-basis.
- Assist with preparation and participate in Campaign Review discussions with Account Management, Sales and the client.
- Provide sales team with impression forecasts, data segments, and campaign strategy as needed.
- Professional development via various digital certifications (e.g., Trading Certification, IAB, etc.).
- Consume various digital advertising publications & sources to maintain a firm understanding of the innovations within the CTV and digital advertising industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- MUST have 1+ year of knowledge and experience as a Programmatic Media Trader/Buyer
- Trade Desk certification and experience preferred
- Other DSP experience a plus
- Experience working directly with CTV/OTT products preferred
- Expertise in full funnel programmatic advertising and understanding of how upper funnel supports mid and lower funnel tactics.
- Deep knowledge of media vendors, platforms, data partners, measurement partners, 3rd party reporting, SSPs and DSPs.
- Proven ability to go above and beyond to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Must be adaptable to change and have a "yes and" attitude
- Google certification or other digital certifications are encouraged
