We are seeking a candidate for the Magnolia Trails unit in an assisted living and memory care community in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement social programming for residents in the Magnolia Trails unit.
- Ensure adherence to program policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and supervision of staff.
- Develop sales and marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
- Coordinate with maintenance and management on community upkeep.
Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid Certification required.
- Experience in social programming for seniors, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- College credits required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
