Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Cherry Hill is hiring a full-time Activities (Lifestyle Enrichment) Director
The Activities (Lifestyle Enrichment) Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. Coordinate and deliver program services, including family programs, spiritual programs, and community outreach/volunteer programs. Recruit, select, supervise, and develop program services staff. Purchase programming supplies and equipment, and account for and track expenses.

Education: BS or BA in Therapeutic Recreation or related field.
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner

Certification: Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist preferred
Physical Demands: Ability to push/pull and lift/carry objects up to 20 pounds, unassisted, on a frequent basis. Walking, standing, talking, and hearing. Ability to move freely throughout building.
