Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is now hiringa full time Activities Director.The Activities Director will be responsible for planning and implementing the activities program to meet individual needs, interests, and capabilities as well as to enhance the physical, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being of the resident.

Valencia Health and Rehabilitation, situated in the heart of Lakeland, is a 249-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care services within a secured dementia unit.  Here at Valencia Hills, you won't just go to work for a "company", you will come work for a "family". ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 Years Experience as a Social or Recreational Program Director Required
• Must be Certified Activities Director
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle patients/residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning
