NOW HIRING: Activities Director

Responsibilities Activities Director:

• Plan, organize, and implement a variety of recreational programs to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of residents.
• Encourage resident participation and ensure activities cater to diverse interests and abilities.
• Coordinate special events, outings, and holiday celebrations.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to create a vibrant and inclusive activity calendar.
• Supervise and support the activities team and volunteers.

Qualifications Activities Director:

• Certification as an Activities Director (required).
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• A creative mindset and a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life.
