Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort allows you the amazing opportunity to enjoy the Florida sunshine, cool breezes and spectacular oceanfront views in world-famous Cocoa Beach, while assisting guests who arrive to enjoy our spacious suites, along with easy access to white-sand beaches and area attractions such as the Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral. As a member of the Cocoa Beach team, you will help provide guests an unforgettable vacation getaway at our friendly tropical beachfront resort.
Job DescriptionAre you passionate about creating memorable experiences for both adults and children? Join our team as an Activities Coordinator where you'll be responsible for curating engaging activities and ensuring guests have an unforgettable stay.
As an Activities Coordinator, you will:
- Conduct a diverse range of activities for both adults and children
- Actively participate in all special events to elevate guest experiences
- Propose and develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich guest stays
- Maintain a detailed daily log and track guest participation
- Manage monetary transactions and uphold accounting procedures
- Utilize computer skills for equipment check-outs to resort guests
- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines for guest welfare
- Assist in inventory management as needed

Qualifications- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others
- High energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the role
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
