Position Overview:Our rapidly evolving IT department is in search of an Active Directory Senior Engineer with excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting results-oriented goals! We’re looking for an accomplished AD Engineer with a strong background in automation and experience in large environments who can lead projects, handle workloads in a fast-paced environment, and proactively ensure best practices are crafted and executed on premise and in the cloud!Our Impact:We assure Stability, Availability and Reliability for 1000's of Windows servers to support a wide range of applications in a hybrid Cloud environmentWe strive to prevent service impacts in a multifaceted and constantly evolving ecosystem, assure rapid recoverability from any impacts to business and servicesWe strategize and transform IT with Automation and Process EngineeringYour Impact:Provide technical leadership for a team of AD Engineers to think and execute proactively to ensure the stability and security of the platformIdentify, Influence and Implement technology and processes to modernize our InfrastructureCollaborate with IT leadership to assure visible communication, risk reduction and accountability for the performance and stability of the AD platformQualifications:5-7 years of experienceCollege Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as a Senior Level AD Engineer5+ years of PowerShell experience (Ansible\Python a plus)5+ years as a Domain Administrator of a large organizationMust have a solid sense of accountability for performance and continued improvement of executionCommunicates well within the team to effectively relay status and accomplishments to managementMust not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate our future state technologiesAn eye for automating common processesAWS/Azure experience a plusKeys to Success in this Role:Communicates and influences optimally.Demonstrates deep job specific knowledge and best practices to drive effective change and transform how work is performed.Elevates team members via mentoring and knowledge sharing.
