Role Overview: We are hiring an Account Executive for our client’s team in Cheshire, CT. This role is ideal for sales professionals looking to break into the real estate industry, who wants to be surrounded by winners that is passionate about providing a unique solution-based approach to potential clients. With a steady stream of high-quality leads generated by a strong marketing engine, you’ll have everything you need to succeed and excel in deal closing.
Job Description:
- Manage and convert inbound leads through strategic outreach and follow-up, closing 3-5 deals per month.
- Sales-focused role involving 150+ daily calls to homeowners, re-engaging prospects and driving long-term relationships.
- Achieve a monthly new business revenue target of $90,000.
- Maintain thorough updates on CRM platforms, tracking projections and client interactions.
- Navigate a 60-90 day sales cycle with resilience and persistence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven sales experience in high-touch or consultative sales; a bonus.
- Driven by performance metrics, able to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills to handle challenging conversations and cultivate client relationships.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and adaptable to the dynamic nature of real estate and long sales cycles.
- Ability to work in-person at our Cheshire, CT office daily!
