Acquisition Analyst - PC Collins Company, LLC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
2. Create analyses and provide execution support throughout each phase of the investment process (underwriting, structuring, due diligence, financing, closing, asset management, sale)
3. Analyze property financial statements, budgets, and operational performance.
4. Collaborate with the team to prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
5. Reviews and incorporates due diligence materials in acquisition underwriting (i.e., review/request leases, taxes, insurance, surveys, etc.)
6. Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with relevant market and property data
7. Update and maintain weekly deal pipeline system for the Acquisitions Team
8. Assist in monitoring market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
9. Supports and collaborates as needed with other internal departments (i.e., Accounting, Property Management, etc.)
10. Interface with operating partners, real estate brokers, and others to evaluate potential pipeline opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2. One to two years’ experience in practical commercial real estate analysis
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
4. Thorough understanding of real estate principles and investment analysis
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate analysis and results
6. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
7. Responsible individual that is able to handle sensitive and confidential information
8. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
9. Familiarity with real estate software and databases (e.g., CoStar, Argus)
