Accreditation Project Manager - System One

Title: Accreditation Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, Onsite, Oakland, PA

Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm

Type: Direct-Hire/Permanent

Start: January 2024



Responsibilities:





+ Oversee the planning, design, and execution of accreditation, CQI, and program evaluation efforts.



+ Develop timelines, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines for projects.



+ Communicate project updates and changes effectively to stakeholders.



+ Work closely with senior leadership to identify and address gaps in accreditation and program requirements.



+ Support strategic initiatives and projects as directed by senior leadership.



+ Manage the financial and administrative aspects of projects as required.



+ Draft reports, handle external correspondence, and create other project-related communications.





Requirements:





+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage large or complex projects.



+ Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.



+ Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.



+ Experience in accreditation, program evaluation, or continuous quality improvement is preferred.



+ Proficiency in creating timelines and ensuring adherence to project deadlines.



+ Demonstrated ability to manage financial and administrative tasks for projects.
