Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of accreditation, CQI, and program evaluation efforts.
- Develop timelines, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines for projects.
- Communicate project updates and changes effectively to stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify and address gaps in accreditation and program requirements.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects as directed by senior leadership.
- Manage the financial and administrative aspects of projects as required.
- Draft reports, handle external correspondence, and create other project-related communications.
Requirements:
- Bachleor Degree is required
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage large or complex projects.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in accreditation, program evaluation, or continuous quality improvement is preferred.
- Proficiency in creating timelines and ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial and administrative tasks for projects.
