Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables Specialist will include:

• Post cash for residential and commercial tenants in accounting program.
• Upload deposits from ClickPay for residential tenants to accounting system.
• Create new residential tenant accounts in the accounting system.
• Process tenant security deposits, cash and letters of credit, for residential and commercial tenants in the accounting system.
• Deposit checks remotely to the multiple security bank accounts.
• Additional ad hoc responsibilities in the Accounts Receivables Department

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of real estate experience focusing on Accounts Receivables
• Bachelors or Associates Degree; open to major as long as the experience matches the responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and experience working with various accounting and banking systems
