Under the direct supervision of the Accounts Receivable Manager, this position assists in managing and providing leadership to the Accounts Receivable Team Specialists, ensuring invoices are submitted in alignment with client guidelines, disputed invoices are addressed, and efficient collection efforts are maintained.
Description of Duties:
- Oversight of daily activities to verify all work is completed timely and accurately and aiding the team on any questions or issues (25%)
- Identify efficiency gains and work with the team to implement those updates (15%)
- Review and escalation of trending invoice disputes or internal errors with a focus on long-term solutions (15%)
- Monitor and assist with collection efforts to minimize delinquent balances (15%)
- Assist with reviewing and ensuring client communications are addressed, including procedure change notices, scorecards, refund requests (15%)
- Reporting of outstanding AR for external or internal purposes (15%)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Display effective leadership skills
- Detailed knowledge of firm and client billing practices
- Experience in Acumatica highly preferred, not required
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other web-based programs
Physical Demands:
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally; lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, to include the human body.

Work Schedule:
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.
Benefits:
The pay range for this position is55,000 - 60,000 per year and is commensurate with factors such as experience, education, certifications, location, tenure, internal equity, and market conditions.
