Responsibilities
The Accounts Receivable / Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for performing certain customer service and accounting functions for a portfolio of community associations.
Functions may include, but are not limited to the following:• Processing of all homeowner payments.• Responding to homeowner inquiries.• Preparation of estoppel certificates for community association property sales.• Following up on delinquent accounts with statements, reminder notices, late letters, etc.• Working with Association Attorneys on delinquent accounts that require legal action.
Plus other work-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Must pass pre-employment screening which may include a background check/drug testing.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.• Demonstrate a high attention to detail, problem-solving, and organization. Skills:• Knowledge of accounts receivable functions.• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.• Strong customer service skills preferred.• Knowledge of the community management industry is preferred.• Knowledge of Caliber Software is highly preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
$20.00 to $23.00, depending on education and experience.
