Accounts Receivable Specialist - Premier Truck Sales & Rental, Inc.

Premier Truck Sales & Rental, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily billing and A/R activities
  • Generate & distribute daily rental invoices
  • Close rental contracts & prepare final billing
  • Create other miscellaneous invoices upon request
  • Submit invoices to customer invoice portals as needed
  • Track customer PO requirements
  • Maintain Premier's customer payment portal and assist customers as needed
  • Post daily deposits and reconcile posting issues
  • Monitor and resolve aging AR balance
  • Research discrepancies and address customer invoice questions
  • Create detailed spreadsheets, reports, and other data for customers and internal teams upon request
• Accounting support for Premier team
  • Set up new rental accounts & maintain up to date contact info
  • Process rental deposits
  • Complete any vendor set-up paperwork required by some customers
  • Coordinate with Sales team assistant as needed for rental buyouts & truck purchases
• Generate and analyze reports and audits
  • Prepare various month-end reports for accounting team
  • Participate in quarterly and yearly audits
  • Compile various reports and data upon request
• Contribute to various other tasks as needed to keep operations flowing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Experience with rental billing, vendor portals, and payment reconciliation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software (Dynamics 365 or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop comprehensive reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research discrepancies and resolve issues independently
