Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established company in the retail industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage cash application, collections, and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and apply customer payments accurately.
• Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Generate customer statements and aging reports.
• Collaborate to resolve billing disputes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, collections, or cash application.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems required.
