Job Responsibilities:
· Monitoring payments, processing cash applications, and collecting payments
· Preparing invoices, receivable statements, payment applications, and generating weekly aging reports.
· Responding to client inquiries, sending statements to outstanding customers, and interacting with project managers and customers to resolve payment issues.
· Conducting account research and analysis, reconciling accounts receivable to the general ledger, and preparing financial reports.
· Using supplier portals for invoice uploads, tracking payments, and processing invoices for multiple jobs across various states.
· Identifying and executing necessary process adjustments.
Requirements:
· Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Preferred:
· Experience with Sage Intacct

· Background check and drug screen
