What You Need to Know:

Job duties:

• Mail - they will be responsible for getting the mail daily, sorting and distributing throughout the different departments
• There will be some AR trending based on mail received
• Tracking credentialing, contracting and payor requests in excel
• Sorting, endorsing and logging checks received
• Manage correspondence from remote staff, sending appeals, claims and statements
• Payor Enrollments, ACH enrollment, EFT enrollment
• Cash deposits to our bank 1-2x weekly
• Some cash posting
• Payor phone calls, tracking down paper checks and requests for check reissues 
• System/Website administration
• User names, password resets
• Misc AR projects as needed by RCM team

• Qualifications:

  • Intermediate knowledge of excel, creating spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas
  • Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, teams, powerpoint and word
  • Understanding of AR functions, billing, collections and cash posting
  • Cash/bank deposit experience
  • Friendly, willing to help, customer service attitude
