Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative (REMOTE)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Local Time

Pay Rate : $18.77 per hour

Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented AR Representative for a 6-month assignment focused on maximizing cash flow.

Key duties include:

• Make outbound calls on patient accounts to ensure timely payments.

• Reconcile daily cash transactions in Facets and ensure proper group receipt posting.

• Update daily cash databases and validate ACH bank drafts.

• Analyze monthly suspense reports for timely refunds and adjustments.

• Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures.

• Generate monthly metric and transaction reports for Accounting.

• Assist with processing beneficiary requests for account reconciliation.

• Handle ad hoc assignments as needed.
