Our client, a large and well-established manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to grow within the organization and become a key contributor to the company’s financial operations.
Salary/Hourly Rate:&
$26-$28 per hour.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Accounts Receivable, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. While prior experience in manufacturing is preferred, the company is open to training the right candidate. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Perform billing, accounts receivable (A/R), and collections tasks.
- Research and resolve A/R discrepancies with customers and vendors.
- Conduct investigative A/R audits to identify and resolve errors.
- Update and reconcile invoices with accuracy.
- Support the overall accounts receivable process.
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable; manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
- Highly analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant experience.
