Client Overview:
Our client is a large and rapidly growing organization in the real estate development industry — looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This company is looking for an experienced professional that can work on a team just as effectively as they can work independently. Experience of at least 3 to 5 years of accounts receivable is a plus.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$26 – $28/hr
Position Overview:
Accounts Receivable Specialist applicants must have strong attention to detail, and analytical skills. Past high-volume A/R experience is a must for this Accounts Receivable Specialist role with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and working through discrepancies. Customer service and working with vendors/clients experience is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
- A/R vendor and client communication/management
- Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors
- Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong excel skills
Education Requirements:
- Associates degree and/or equivalent experience is required
