ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting:

· Responsible for preparing, tracking, and communicating collections

· Responsible for all AR financial activities, including aging reports

· Responsible for preparation and tracking of all bill-backs

· Reconciles bank accounts daily, verifies and communicates deposits

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Required:

· No degree required

· 2+ years of accounts receivable experience

· General Understanding of GAAP

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software systems

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn
