Overview of the Accounts Receivables Specialist role:

• Receive customer payments and apply receipts transactions into SAGE accounting database
• Assist clients and the field on any AR related questions
  
• Analyze division open accounts receivable and determine actions for pro-active collection as needed
• Issue, validate and prepare for mailing or emailing all client monthly AR statements

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivables Specialist role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related (+)
• 1-2 years of AR/accounting
