Accounts Receivable Specialist - Hybrid at Nesco Resource

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team on a yearlong assignment! 
 
***HYBRID ROLE***
 
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Shift: 8:30am - 5pm (Work from home Mondays & Fridays)
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Review, code, and enter information into financial systems to ensure accurate sub-ledger data feeds into the general ledger.
• Respond to inquiries via email, mail, and phone, adhering to department policies and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Research, reconcile, and analyze data to meet financial and quality benchmarks.
• Generate and submit reports to supervisors or senior accounting specialists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Participate in monthly team and department meetings, contributing to technical and self-development initiatives.
• Prepare and present specific topics during team meetings as needed.
• Verify the completeness and consistency of accounting or financial transactions to ensure adherence to controls and policies.
