Overview of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Post Cash
• Reconcile bank accounts and customer remittances
• Resolve lockbox system issues
• Manually post remittances
• Post chargebacks to general ledger
• Special cash applications projects

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 2+ years of solid cash applications experience
• Strong understanding of debits vs credits and general ledger posting
• Solid MS Excel - copy, paste, format a table
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
