Accounts Receivable Specialist - Top Stack

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role will focus on managing collections, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate billing processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices and collections efforts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with payment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection procedures.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in collections, billing, and customer service.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and receive guidance.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Arabic is an asset.
