About the Job
Essential Functions:
- Conduct account research, analysis, and daily collection calls.
- Resolve outstanding issues with customers and make process improvements.
- Maintain accurate aging reports, send customer statements, and process ACH/Lockbox payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable with the general ledger and assist with month-end journal entries.
- Prepare various reports and handle additional business needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Two-year degree or higher (preferred).
- 3 years of Accounts Receivable and Collection experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent software and MS Excel (required).
Key Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic accounting functions.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and process improvement skills.
- Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality in all communications.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
