ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST - Spherion

Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office to apply payments made by customers accurately.
Perform minor office duties to support daily operations.
Make collection calls as needed to ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a growing business environment.
Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is a plus.
