Accounts Receivable Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a security system company in Boynton Beach, FL to find them a AR Specialist. This is a well-established company looking for someone who is interested in long term career.

This is a temp to hire opportunity and best for someone not currently working. After the temp period, the company offers a full scope of benefits.

The ideal pay rate for the role is between $22-$25 per hour.

The work schedule is M-F 8:00am-4:30pm.

Job Summary

• Accept and post payments via ACH, credit cards, wires and checks
• Issue invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Enter and update information to reflect accurate customer information
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize accordingly
• Business to business collections via email and phone

Qualifications

• Data entry skills
• 1+ years of AR experience
• Experience using an ERP and Excel for reports
• 100% onsite position in Boynton Beach
