Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients to ensure timely collection of revenue.
• Verify transaction details, compute charges and refunds, and prepare and distribute invoices.
• Identify and follow up on delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Reconcile statements and transactions to ensure account accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by reviewing documentation and making necessary adjustments.
• Prioritize the Cash Flow Aging Report to maintain effective cash flow management.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B collections and accounts receivable
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
