Overview of the opportunity:

• Managing and processing incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments, issuing payment reminders, and initiating collection efforts as necessary.
• Coordinating with internal teams and customers to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve payment issues.
• Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
