- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the company’s accounts receivable process, ensuring the accuracy of customer invoices, payment applications, and timely collections
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization
- Process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Manage customer payments and apply them accurately to accounts
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain consistent communication with customers to resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to monitor overdue payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts receivable records
