About the Job
You Are:
The Accounts Receivable Manager will manage the team and is responsible for ensuring all tasks/deliverables are executed on time and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Strong people lead with ability to develop team members through coaching and providing growth opportunities.
- Manage daily and monthly reporting including DSO Forecasts, unbilled analysis, billing forecasts, forecasts vs actuals, and other billing metrics.
- Point of escalation for issues recognized within the AR team and project team. Lead resolution efforts on billing issues, attend daily or weekly project meetings as required.
- Collaborate effectively with all cross-functional teams to drive billings and collections.
- Work with leadership to drive billing efficiencies and accelerate cash collection.
- Prepare and report key metrics and provide regular status updates to supervisor and leadership.
Here's What You Need:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Corporate Finance
- Proven ability to manage team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and an ability to communicate across employees at all levels (written and verbal)
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Proficient with common PC software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint Sites
Bonus Points if you have:
- Federal Government Contracting Industry Experience
- Knowledge and experience with CostPoint
- Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
