Must be 21 years or older
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) or more years related experience in business or related field
5 years of customer service/AR experience.
3 years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role

Responsibilities
Act as an escalation point to answer phone calls from customers, sales associates, and delivery associates and provide support
Oversee FINTECH and other electronic payments to ensure payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Enter Fintech data into Encompass
Oversee set up of new customers and update of customer licenses in Encompass
Apply credits to customer’s accounts
Investigate pricing issues and make corrections
Bill sample requests
Process customer checks
Processes billing for monthly transfer charges
Handle returned check payments
Bill glassware requests
Complete occasional billing of sales orders
Manage and mentor the CS team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to build team expertise.
