Accounts Receivable Clerk at Confidential company

Immediately hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a reputable manufacturing organization in White Plains, NY! Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for the processing of daily receipts from clients and processing deductions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Apply daily receipts.
• Confirm incoming wires and checks.
• Monitor and record payments as available on processing portal
• Research, reconcile and coordinate client deductions.
• Assist the accounting department with month and year end closing activities, as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred (Or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year Accounting experience
• Business professional written and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with online banking systems preferred
• High level of organization
