Job Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be an integral member of the finance team, responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation of cash deposits, processing invoices, and maintaining precise financial records. This role is key in supporting the overall financial health of the organization while providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheets with accuracy.
• Create and distribute invoices using the AR aging report.
• Apply payments efficiently and accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
• Handle customer requests, such as providing invoice copies promptly.
• Process daily credit card deposits with precision.
• Organize and file check stubs and bank receipts systematically.

Qualifications desired for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Location: Tampa, FL. Full-time, on-site.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
