Job Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and facilitate collections.
• Reconcile accounts and address any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
• The Accounts Receivable Clerk will collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and AP, to address customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to track accounts receivable performance.
• Clean up aging and organize customer accounts

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite.
