About the Job
When you work as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at KCAS, you get to further our mission by assisting with a variety of processes within the accounting function, including processing Accounts Receivable invoices, maintaining communication with clients, and assisting with process improvements within the Accounts Receivable functions.

In this role, we will rely on you to:
- Assist with entry and maintenance of contracts in applicable accounting tracking system
- Set-up and maintain client information in accounting system
- Communicate with clients to collect overdue Accounts Receivable invoices
- Assist in resolving internal and external client inquiries
- Complete filing as needed
- Assist with processing client invoices within Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains
- Assist with month end closing procedures as applicable
- Perform other accounting functions and duties as needed
To qualify specifically for this role, you will have:
- 2 years related experience working with vendor and/or clients
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other applicable accounting software preferred
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Effective communication with all levels of personnel within the organization
- Ability to plan and organize independently on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Perform all aspects of job in a way that supports company brand and company mission, vision, and values
