Hours: Part Time hours with an opportunity to go Full time at a later date.

Salary: $20-$23 per hour (based on experience)

What Will You Be Doing?

• Record, verify and post payments received by the organization.
• Reconcile payments with accounts receivable ledger and prepare reports of delinquent accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding bills.
• Customer credit inquiries
• Send Credit Requests for potential new Accounts to Banks and Trade References
• File and retrieve  customer related material
• You will report to a supervisor and a manager and work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
• Possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job

Position Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a basic understanding of Accounting Principles
• Must be able to multitask
• Accuracy is required
• Must be Excel proficient
