Accounts Receivable Clerk - PeopleShare Inc

PeopleShare is hiring for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerks in the Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County area. We are looking for candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or bookkeeping. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems such as Oracle.

SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $40,000-$45,000 hour based on previous experience

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities

• Handle the payables or receivables of goods and services of the organization
• Serve as an auditor for invoices for accuracy and that proper accounting procedures are followed
• Maintain spreadsheets and files
• Resolve issues and provide strong written and verbal communication skills
• Serve as backup for the accounting team as needed

Accounting Clerk Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years if previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Experience with various accounting and general ledger software
• Experience in a public company and SOX compliant organization a plus
