Accounts Receivable Clerk / Cashier - Golden Rain Foundation

Golden Rain Foundation (GRF), located within the Leisure World Seal Beach community is looking for a full time, dynamic Accounts Receivable Clerk/Cashier to join our Finance Department. If you have 1-2 years of AR experience, enjoy a fast-paced, customer focused environment, and you have analytical and critical thinking skills, please read on........

In this position, you can expect to:

• Receive and process payments (cash and checks) received in person, through the mail and from drop mail slots.
• Prepare bank deposits for all cash items for GRF and our 16 individual HOAs (mutuals).
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Batch payments.
• Process payments received, scan and upload to to 30+ bank accounts.
• Handle cash and make change.
• Sort and file copies of incoming checks.
• Perform other administrative duties to assist the Finance department.

Hourly pay range for this position is $20.79 to 28.27 per hour
