Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist at ICONMA

Responsibilities:

• Primarily ensures accurate and timely entry of client billing, including verifying bill rates and hours.
• Acknowledges, reviews, and answers incoming emails regarding billing in a timely manner.
• Researches and resolves any billing discrepancies independently or with other departments when required.
• Enters corrections and adjustments into the client system and/or accounting system to ensure accurate payments from the client.
• Completes checklists to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and by weekly and/or monthly due dates.
• Audits existing bill rates within the accounting system to ensure billing accuracy.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
