Accounts Receivable Analyst - TalentBridge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst with expertise in the Order to Cash process to join our financial services team. This role focuses on billing automation, contract reviews, and process optimization rather than manual invoice reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAS, experience handling client issues, and a keen eye for process automation improvements in the billing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
• Implement and oversee automated billing solutions, minimizing manual intervention.
• Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with financial policies and customer agreements.
• Identify and resolve client billing issues, providing effective solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
• Drive process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce errors in the billing workflow.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to streamline billing operations.
• Utilize SAS tools and financial data analytics to optimize billing processes and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a billing analyst role within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes and automation tools.
• Proficiency in SAS for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with contract review and client issue resolution.
• Familiarity with billing automation systems and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems and financial software related to billing automation.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data automation tools is a plus.
• Understanding of financial compliance regulations and best practices.
