About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and account statements.
- Upload invoices to customers portals as needed.
- Maintain the billing system.
- AR files and records for accuracy, compliance and visibility
- Assist with month end reporting and reconciliations for AR.
- Apply all cash receipts and credit card settlements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes that may affect the ability to collect receivables.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies between payments and invoices
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in a related field).
- 2-5 years AR experience
- Prior experience working at a large organization preferred.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
