Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Fully remote role if they live outside of Orlando; hybrid if local with requirement of 1 day in office (Wednesday)
- Detailed excel testing required in the following competencies:
" Writing Macros
" Creating Pivot Tables
" Effectively using Pivot Tables to display data
" Writing VLOOKUP formulas
" Writing other advanced formulas
Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for proactively handling the customer accounts receivables for their respective customer portfolio, with the aim of collecting all balances on a timely basis utilizing advanced excel functionalities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems, and reducing accounts receivable delinquency and bad debt.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate s degree program;
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
" Associate s degree is REQUIRED in one of the following fields:
o Ideal: Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems
o Acceptable: Marketing
" Requires one (1) year directly related and progressively responsible experience
" Must have ADVANCED Excel abilities in the following competencies:
o Writing Macros
o Creating Pivot Tables
o Effectively using Pivot Tables to display data
o Writing VLOOKUP formulas
o Writing other advanced formulas
" Very strong analytical skills to analyze open receivables, discrepancies between systems and perform root cause analysis
" Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
" Ability to work independently.
" Outstanding interpersonal skills.
" Outstanding organizational skills; attention to detail.
