About the Job
Renuityis seeking an in-office Accounts Receivable Administrator to be responsible for performing customer billing work required to obtain customer payment in an accurate and timely manner. Working under the direction of the Customer Success Director, the Billing/AR Admin will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the CRM, billing tools, payment processor and customer contract updates to ensure a smooth and efficient customer transaction process. The Billing/AR Admin should be organized, communicative, and process driven. This position will support the customer success team and customer management assistance.

What You'll Do:
- Update customer payment information across the CRM and customer billing platforms
- Generate new customer contracts and store appropriately
- Assist with new customer onboarding procedures
- Assist in calculation of variable payment charges to customers
- Support sales team in providing requested information internally and to customers, as needed
- Collaborates with the other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
- Assists with maintaining and organizing a set of records to document transactions
- Work with the Customer Success Director to ensure payment information is obtained and applied efficiently
What You'll Bring:
Required
- Accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and navigate various billing tools
- Ability to work well across functional responsibilities
- Microsoft Office 365 suite proficiency
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- HubSpot experience
- ChargeBee and/or Stripe experience
- Customer relations experience
- Customer account reconciliation experience
