Accounts Payable Assistant
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm at company site.
Perform duties to enter accounts payable data to computer system, generate payments and process accounts payable documents. Previous accounts payable experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Data Entry, fast paced. Must be accurate.
Process invoices and payments
File payment documents, verify statements and request outstanding invoices.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 + years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in AP a big plus. Strong Data Entry required.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with extreme accuracy.
