Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

• Process high-volume invoices and credits using automated AP systems
• Process supplier point-of-sale invoices accurately and efficiently
• Investigate and resolve invoice and credit discrepancies, including communication with internal departments and suppliers
• Ensure timely submission of supplier EFT draft information and resolution of any related issues
• Respond promptly to all assigned supplier inquiries
• Follow up consistently on received but not invoiced purchase orders, outstanding claims, and returns
• Review and research supplier statements to ensure timely resolution of open AP transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation
• Contribute to other tasks, reporting, and projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledgeable with basic accounting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Location: Wilsonville, OR - Onsite with flexibility
Salary: $24-25 an hour
