Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of accounts payable experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Concur, Excel, and accounting software.
- Languages: Professionally proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Education: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or minimum 3yrs industry experience
- Proof of Vaccination Against Covid-19: Required
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of payments.
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Stay updated on best practices and changes in accounts payable processes.
