Are you a College Graduate, seeking a Foundation in the Accounting Field? Let’s begin with an Entry Level AP role. Our client is seeking a detailed oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate Invoice and Payment processing are maintained within their small Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with QuickBooks and loves to work with a Team. Since you will be working with vendors, strong communication is also key to this role. AP Specialist
Salary: approx. $55k
Onsite : near Springfield, NJ (in office)

Responsibilities:

Invoicing Processing and Price Verifications
Processing Purchase Orders
Reconciling Vendor statements to General Ledger
Assisting with Bank Statements and Reconciliations

Skills Needed:

QuickBooks experience, required
Bachelor’s Degree or Proven Experience in AP
At least 1-2 yrs experience with bookkeeping and accounting practices
